Meal Planning
Thoughtful meal planning is both an art and a science. It’s about making flavors work beautifully together, mastering techniques, and understanding the role of nutrition in every meal. We design nutrition-based menus that cater to diverse tastes—turning everyday school meals into a fun and tasty experience for students.
Private Events
From school events to special celebrations, we handle every detail of planning so you don’t have to. Expect well-curated menus and a smooth personalized service for a hassle-free and memorable experience.
Lunch Service
From serving as few as 10 students to as many as 500, whether it’s individually portioned meals or full cafeteria-style service, our team has the skills, experience and tried-and tested systems to handle any operation with ease.

FAQs
Do you serve nuts?
We are a nut-free facility and have no nut items in our menu. However, we do source bread from a local baker that has nuts in their building, so there is a potential for cross contamination.
What if my child has a food allergy?
Please read each meal’s ingredients carefully to ensure that it is safe for you child to eat and to check for allergens. As much as we would love to feed all students, we would rather not have you order if your child has extreme food allergies. Our goal is to keep them as healthy and safe as possible. What comes with the lunch?
Two (2) rotating side items are included with each entrée ordered. We provide all cutlery, napkin, condiments, and dipping sauces when noted on the menu.
Can I make changes or substitutions to menu items?
Unfortunately, no. It would be impossible to accommodate each and every special request. We found that if we have to do that every day for every
request, we will fail our commitment to deliver meals in a timely manner.
What if my child is sick and I have ordered lunch?
You can cancel your order on the day before our 8AM cut-off. Simply email hello@mybetterlunch.com and we will process your cancellation. You will get the credit back to your account to use for future orders.
How often do I have to order lunch?
As much as you would like! Some parents order every day; some order just once a week.
Why can’t I order for the entire year at one time?
At Better Lunch, we are always trying new and exciting recipes to regularly update our roster. We also source different products to see what really works best. Some items that kids are not very keen on are removed to make way for new ones.

What is my “SCHOOL CODE”?
Please contact your school for the code or email us at hello@mybetterlunch.com with the subject line “School Code”. Include the name of your child and their school.
